Nick Willoughby
Founder & Project Manager
Nick is an experienced Development Manager and Project Manager with a focus on residential subdivisions, boutique apartment projects, and retirement living product. With a background in finance, development, and recently a completed a Master of Project Management, Nick brings practical expertise across the full development lifecycle - from site feasibility and procurement through to construction oversight and handover.
Nick has held roles at Cbus Property, Lendlease, and WM Developments, where he managed large-scale residential projects, builder liquidations, complex residential and commercial subdivisions, and high-density developments. His strengths lie in site strategy, contractor engagement, risk management, and construction quality assurance.
Through Arbour Property Group, Nick provides developers and builders with targeted, flexible-scope project support - stepping in during high-pressure phases to help maintain momentum, reduce risk, and protect project value without the overhead of long-term consultancy.
