- 5–50ha land in growth corridors.
- Zoned for low–medium density or retirement living.
- Sites suitable for detached housing, townhouses, or over-50s communities.
Deal Structures:
Joint ventures preferred; outright acquisition also considered.

Alongside our own delivery pipeline, Arbour continues to provide flexible, fixed-scope consulting support to developers across Queensland. We work as an extension of internal teams, helping maintain momentum across critical phases of the project lifecycle.
